I have consider the shift to Tokyo for NNPC and Lagos, Portharcout, Nigeria crude.

West African market is not exactly open but we are looking at replacing the current standard for gas station in Nigeria.

The sample on steel building @ Nkporo is necessary...we would remove Ariariia and New Market for this year...

I can use  a cookie for Rail Roads, collect a few hundred transport ship..
